"Cybersecurity and Law" is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to issues concerning cyberspace security, information protection, digital threats, and the legal aspects of modern technologies. Our goal is to create a space for the exchange of knowledge and experience among the academic community, industry experts, state institutions, and the private sector.

The journal has been published since 2019 by the War Studies University (Akademia Sztuki Wojennej). In our articles, we integrate perspectives from the fields of law, national security, computer science, and cybersecurity management.

"Cybersecurity and Law" is aimed at: academics and researchers interested in cybersecurity and the law of new technologies; security practitioners; public administration and state security services; legal professionals; analysts; IT managers; and students in fields related to security and law.

The journal serves as a platform for authors to present innovative solutions, research findings, case studies, and expert commentary on contemporary cyber threats and strategies to counter them.

High Academic Standards
"Cybersecurity and Law" is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal. It is included on the official list of the Polish Ministry of Education and Science (awarding 70 points per publication). The journal features articles in both Polish and English and operates under an Open Access model.
