ABSTRACT
Objectives:
This study analyzes the relationship between humans and artificial intelligence within the context of contemporary social, educational, and professional transformations. Particular attention is given to the ways in which humans collaborate with AI systems, the factors involved in building trust, and the impact of artificial intelligence on decision-making, communication, and the development of competencies.

Methods:
The articles employ a critical literature review and a comparative analysis of research findings concerning human–AI interaction. This is complemented by an analysis of current reports and documents regarding the development of artificial intelligence and its applications across various spheres of social and economic life.

Results:
The expected outcome is the identification of key factors that enable effective and responsible collaboration between humans and artificial intelligence, as well as the determination of the primary benefits, limitations, and challenges associated with the growing presence of AI.

Conclusions:
The studies aim to demonstrate that the development of artificial intelligence does not replace humans; rather, it transforms the nature of human activity, necessitating new competencies, responsible design practices, and solutions that enhance user trust and safety. These findings may serve as a foundation for further research into human–AI relationships and support the development of recommendations for both professional practice and public policy.
