Objectives:
The aim of this article is to analyze the relationship between human creativity and the generative capabilities of artificial intelligence, adopting the concepts of convergence, divergence and code as a theoretical framework. The complexity of the creative process as a dynamic interaction between exploration and selection, intention and chance, human and machine is analyzed with reference to both classical theories of creativity and contemporary research on models based on deep learning, such as generative models focused on image creation, text creation or music , as well as multimodal models, which analyze their ability to create new textual, visual and audio content.

Methods:
This text based on a review of books and articles examining the relationship between human creativity and the generative capabilities of AI. The analysis employs a content analysis method.

Results:
Current debates in the philosophy of modern technology and aesthetics emphasize that creativity generated by artificial intelligence (AI) is statistical and functional in nature, not semantic or intentional. An important aspect is the issue of copyright and the originality of works automatically generated by AI models. In my opinion, contemporary creativity currently has a distributed character, co-created by humans, machines, and codes, hence the need for ethical reflection on the role of AI in the process of creation, communication, and culture.

Conclusions:
Ultimately, this text is a modest contribution to the ongoing interdisciplinary and international debate on the future of human creativity and artistic production in the era of generative AI and the role of AI in this process.
